To use this service, you must have proof of purchase of your service program and your original invoice.

Cancellation

In the event you cancel this service program, you shall receive a refund equal to ninety percent (90%) of the unearned pro rata premiums less any services that have been paid or less the cost of repairs made on behalf of the service plan holder. In the event we cancel this service program, you shall receive a refund equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the unearned pro rata premium.
Availability

The service program is available on all new upholstery.  This service program is not valid on Clearance and/or “AS IS” products.
