| 1 Year from original date of delivery, labor is included at no charge to the customer. First 90 days from the original date of delivery, the inspection fee is waived. 91+ days from the original date of delivery, an inspection fee of $75 will be assessed. Frame and mechanism parts are covered with a Limited Lifetime Warranty*against manufacturing defects. Fabric and leather parts are warrantied for 1 Year from date of delivery against manufacturing defects. Electrical parts are warrantied for 3 Years from original date of delivery against manufacturing defects. Standard cushions are warranted for 1 year from the original date of delivery against manufacturing defects. Memory foam cushions are warranted for 3 years from the original date of delivery against manufacturing defects. Comfort Core cushion are warranted for 3 years from the original date of delivery against manufacturing defects. Memory Gel cushions are warranted for 5 years from the original date of delivery against manufacturing defects. Inner spring mattresses are warranted for 5 years from the original date of delivery against manufacturing defects. Slumber air mattresses are warranted for 5 years from the original date of delivery against manufacturing defects. Memory foam mattresses are warranted for 3 years from the original date of delivery against manufacturing defects. |

| • Inspection Charge — $75.00Labor Charge — $125/hour First hour of labor at $125.00 and inspection fee of $75.00 will be collected prior to scheduling service appointment. All charges for out of warranty parts will be collected prior to the service department placing an order for parts. |
